Shipping & Delivery

What do you charge for postage?

All jewellery orders under £25 will have a £1.75 charge for postage and packing added at the checkout. Orders over £25 ship free! This applies to UK orders only.

How long does delivery take?
All jewellery orders are normally send out in 1-2 working days by first class recorded or special delivery unless advised otherwise. A signature will be required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes - we ship to most of Europe and USA. The postage charge for international orders is £3. If your country is not available in the drop down list at checkout, please contact us for delivery information.

Ordering

Why can I only order 1 of an item?
All of the jewellery on this site is handmade and many pieces are 'one offs'. Sometimes it is possible for duplicates to be made for you, please contact us if you require more than one of an item.

Can I order t shirts and jewellery together?
No, t shirts are processed differently to jewellery orders and are automatically put into a separate cart. They are also subject to different delivery costs as all t shirt orders are processes directly through Spreadshirt and subject to Spreadshirt terms and conditions which can be found here.

Do I need a Paypal account?
No. All online orders are processed automatically by the Paypal secure payment gateway. When placing your order you will be given a choice of paying by Paypal account or by credit/debit card. You do not need to sign up for Paypal to purchase through this site.

Can I send a cheque instead?
Yes. If you would prefer to send a cheque or postal order please make it payable to V Field and send it to the address on the contact us page. As many of the designs on this site are 'one offs' you are advised to send an email first to reserve your items. These will be held for a maximum of 1 week to allow your cheque/postal order to arrive.

Commissions

Can you make something for me?
Yes. If there is something that you would like made for you please use the contact us  page to send your requirements.

How long do commissions take?
It depends. If the components needed are in stock then a couple of days. If they need to be ordered in then 1-2 weeks. You will be advised of the time frame in advance.

What is the commission process?
1 - you contact us with your requirements
2 - we confirm your requirements, give an approximate cost and timescale
3 - once you confirm you are happy your item is made
4 - once your item is complete, it is photographed and emailed to you for approval
5 - if you are happy with the finished item you can send a cheque or you are emailed with a payment request to pay by credit/debit card or Paypal account.

Do you still make tiaras?
Although tiaras are no longer featured on this site, please contact us if you are interested in having a tiara made for you.


Privacy

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is taken very seriously and your details will never be sold or passed to a third party.

Do you store my credit card details?
No. All online payments are processed by Paypal and as such your credit card details are never shown to us.

Returns

What if I change my mind after I have ordered something?
Under our return policy, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will give you a full refund provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by (Royal Mail recorded or Special delivery), within 7 days of you having received them. Whilst we do not charge you a carriage cost (orders over £25)when you order from us, this cost must be taken into consideration when refunding goods. Therefore the refund you receive will be the price you paid for the goods minus the actual cost to us for sending the goods to you. Please note we do not carry costs for returns. .

What if my goods are delivered damaged or faulty?
Please examine the goods on delivery in case they are damaged or faulty. If you inform us within 7 days of delivery that the goods are delivered damaged or faulty we will generally replace them. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
